Glasgow’s best pre-loved shopping spots for kids. Bargains galore & saving the environment. Win win.
Lamont Farm Project is very small and very rustic, but it’s a great place to spend an hour wandering round and seeing some cute animals. The little man really enjoyed it here, patting the friendly cat and the rabbits. Sweet little place.
Baltic Street Adventure Playground is different to any other play area we’ve been to. There’s loads for them to climb and swing on and jump off and play with. It’s fun, it’s exciting; it’s risky play at its very best. And it’s completely free.
I popped into Merry Go Round at the weekend to check out the preparations for the big Briggait sale. Here’s some of my favourite finds headed down there this weekend.
We made the most of the dry weather yesterday & headed to Free Wheel North at Glasgow Green for a shot of the balance bikes…
A wee sneak peek at the gazillions of stuff heading down to the Briggait for their massive sale coming up this Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
We popped for a quick look into Merry-Go-Round Glasgow this afternoon. We were on our way past and it really would’ve been rude not to…! We came home with this beast of a buggy, a couple of really pretty little summer dresses, a Polern O Pyret top (my favourite kids brand) and some shoes. All …
We popped into Birth, Baby & Beyond on Dumbarton Rd in passing a few days ago for a wee look. We only had a few minutes, but managed a pretty decent haul: laptop & guitar toys, converse, shorts & leg-warmers. All for £14. They are a non profit who help families in the Greater Glasgow …
We ventured south today to check out Kinder Handl in Mount Florida.
Great wee shop with very friendly & helpful staff (who very kindly played with the little lady whilst I had a look around…)
And not a bad haul for a fleeting visit and £10!
